How to send us more detailed information

In order for us to help you as best as possible with any support issues you may need assistance with please send us as much detailed information as possible.

This should include any steps to allow us to try and reproduce any issue that you may have and related screenshots and screen video if possible.

In order to take a screenshot on any system please see details here at take-a-screeshot.org.

Even better, send us a screen video of what is happening.

You can do this for free without the need to install any software at screencast-o-matic.com.

You will need to register for an account but there is no fee and this will allow you to capture exactly what you see and share it with us so that we can fully understand what your issue is.
